After Delivery
Once your package has been delivered, you have a 30-day window to reach out to us if there are any concerns with your order.
We encourage customers to check their items promptly after delivery so that any issue can be addressed in time.
When a Return May Be Considered
We review return requests on a case-by-case basis. In general, items are more likely to be approved if they:
Remain in the same condition as received
Have not been used or altered
Still include all original contents (packaging, accessories, inserts)
Can be linked to a valid order record
If these conditions are not met, a return may not be accepted.
Situations That Cannot Be Accepted
Some requests fall outside of our return scope, including:
Items that show clear signs of use or physical damage after delivery
Products sold under clearance or final sale conditions
Packages returned without prior confirmation
Please note that unapproved returns may not be processed.

About Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the situation:
If the issue is verified as a shipping error or product defect, we will arrange or cover the return
For all other cases (such as personal preference), shipping costs are handled by the customer
Using a tracked shipping service is strongly recommended.
What Happens After We Receive the Item
Returned items are checked once they arrive.
If the return meets our criteria, we will proceed with a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are not issued before inspection
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable unless the issue was caused by us
