Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be approved.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:
Be unused and free from signs of wear, damage, or modification
Be returned in its original packaging
Include all original accessories, components, manuals, and inserts
Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
We are unable to accept returns for:
Products showing physical damage, misuse, or signs of prior use
Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
Returns sent without prior approval from our support team
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at their expense.
If the return is the result of our mistake (such as shipping the wrong product or confirmed manufacturing defects), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other return reasons (including change of mind, incorrect purchase, or no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
We do not charge return processing or restocking fees; however, original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
To initiate a return:
Email us at vseeboxsports@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our support team.
Ship the item to the address provided in the authorization email.
Returns must not be sent back without prior authorization.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.
You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Refunds are processed only after inspection is completed.
Shipping costs are refundable only when the return is caused by our error.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
