To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all accessories included
Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase
We cannot accept returns on:

Clearance or final sale items
Products returned without prior authorization
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for other reasons (e.g., changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Customers are not responsible for return processing fees, but they must cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.
